a) God loves us.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have an everlasting life." John 3:16

b) God's desire is to know Him. Jesus prayed the Father :
"And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and jesus Christ whom You have sent." John 17:3

c) He offers us a new life, a life in abundance.
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation." 2 Corinthians 5:17

d) Jesus says :
"I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." John 10:10

e) Why so much people do not know this life in abundance, this relation with God?

a) Man was created to live in an intimate relation with his Creator. But by his free choice, he refused to depend on God. The man have a free choice, his will to accept God, refuse God or be indifferent to Him.
b) The Bible clarifies what is the sin.
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress thhe truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known od God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God , they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Romans 1:18-21
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities ; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gon astray ; We have turned every one, to his own way ; And the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:5, 6

c) Who has sinned?
"For all ahve sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23

d) What is the result of the sin ?
"For the wages of sin is death" Romans 6:23
"But your iniquities have separated you from your God " Esaiah 59:2

Man’s sin made a gap between the man and God. Man turned out of God and he tries to find his security and to fulfill his needs through money, human relationships, good moral or religious rituals. But all these attempts are worthless because they do not resolve the basic man’s problem: his sin. The next point shows us the only solution for this problem…

Jesus of Nazareth was announced several centuries before His coming Esaiah 53, He is fully man and fully God, He is a unique being in World's History.
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, bud made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Philippians 2:5-8

He died in our place :
"while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
He raised from the dead, He lives today.
"This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses." Acts 2:32
That's why Jesus can say :
"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6
Because of our sin, we are condemned for death. But God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross in our place. He got over the depth that separated us of God. He was condemned in our place. That is why we can now receive God's forgiveness and live an abundant life in a personal relation with Him.
"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that is not of yourselves ; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast."
Ephesians 2:8, 9

a) Commit our life to Jesus Christ means:
- Understand that we are condemned because of our rebellion or our indifference toward God.
- Believe that Jesus Christ has totally payed the debt of our sins dying on the cross. Thank Him for His forgiveness.
- Desire to love Him and obey Him turning away of sins and live a personal relation with Him.
b) This involvement makes us a child of God.
"But as many as received Him (Jesus Christ), to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name." u" John 1:12

c) Jesus Christ desires this personal relation.
He says :"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me." Revelation 3:20

d) Two ways of living

* A life without Jesus Christ
The me is in the center of this life. Christ is outside. This person did not commit his life to Jesus Christ. His sins are not forgiven. His life is often in a mess, without a goal, because his limited "Me" leads it. Ephesians 2:12

* A life committed to Jesus Christ
Christ is in the center of the life. "Me" submits himself to Jesus Christ. This man committed his life to Jesus Christ. His sins were forgiven and he receives God's love in his everyday life.
Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:1-2

Who is in the center of your life ?

"Lord Jesus, thank you for your love and your coming to this world to die for me. I recognize that I led my own life until now and I have sinned also against you. I want now to put my trust in you and to receive you in my life. Thank you for forgiving my sins. Make from me the person you desire. I thank you for answering my prayer and being now in my life. Amen."

Do you desire to pray God this way, in sincerity ? If yes, pray now and, according to His promise, Jesus Christ will come into your life.
